PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray irradiation/detection device having an X-ray tube with the lowest temperature defined and a tomographic X-ray equipment equipped with such an X-ray irradiation/detection device. SOLUTION: The X-ray irradiation/detection device is provided with temperature adjusting means 206 and 208 which control temperature of an X-ray tube 20 not to get under a given temperature.
