PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a central air conditioner which can achieve the control of carbon dioxide gas concentration and emission substance concentration and the energy saving. SOLUTION: This air conditioner is so set as to exhaust the air in the indoor space concerned from an exhaust and supply port and supply air into the indoor space concerned from the exhaust and supply port at heating of the indoor space. By setting it in such a way, this can achieve the control of carbon dioxide gas concentration and emission substance concentration and the energy saving.
