PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy sheet for projection welding superior in weld quality and applicable to projection welding, and to provide a projection-welded member manufactured with the use of it. SOLUTION: In the aluminum alloy plate 3 for jointing a projecting component 2 made of the aluminum alloy by the projection welding, the aluminum alloy plate 3 has Vickers hardness of 65 Hv or higher, and electrical conductivity of 50% IACS or lower.
