PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tightening adjusting method of a terminal board screw that tightens the terminal board screw with a prescribed gap. SOLUTION: In the tightening adjustment of the terminal board screw 110, the screw head 112 is tightened with a gap spacer 210 and a gap slider 220 that is overlapped on it capable of sliding interposed on the screw axis 111. Then the gap slider 220 is slided and the gap slider 220 and the gap spacer 210 are removed from the screw axis 111, and the terminal board screw 110 is tightened with a prescribed gapδ. Thereby with this terminal board screw tightening adjustment method, the prescribed gapδis easily provided.
