PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a joining strength between a terminal part connected to a lead wire and a wiring layer, in the case of a temperature sensor wherein a ceramic substrate, with a resistor for temperature detection and the wiring layer conducting to the resistor formed thereon, is housed in a case on its one end side, a terminal part of the lead wire is laser-welded to the wiring layer on the other end side of the case, and a signal from the resistor is taken out to the exterior via the lead wire. SOLUTION: The terminal part 30 connected to the lead wire 41 is equipped with a laser weld part 31 laser-welded to the wiring layer 22 on the ceramic substrate 20 conducting to the resistor 21, an embracing part 32 positioned on the side of the weld part 31 facing the lead wire 41 and supported by the ceramic substrate 20 in such a manner as to embrace the substrate 20, and a stress absorbing part 33 positioned between the weld part 31 and the embracing part 32 to absorb stresses set up between these parts.
