A holder storing a conductive needle-like body energized outward by a coil so as to allow a movement in longitudinal direction, comprising an inorganic insulator facing an inspected object and an intermediate insulator formed of an insulating resin, wherein the inorganic insulator prevents the conductive needle-like body from being extracted and is formed of a first plate of insulating inorganic facing the inspected object and a second plate of the insulating resin stuck to each other.
