PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a thin hot-rolled steel sheet with good bending fatigue property and deep drawability is provided, in which by increasing Si content that plays an important role in reinforcing solid solution, good bending fatigue property and deep drawability are achieved without any reduction of ductility. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of reheating a steel slab comprising C 0.02-0.03 wt.%, Si 0.2-0.4 wt.%, Mn 0.10-0.20 wt.%, B 20ppm or less, P 0.020 wt.% or less, S 0.015 wt.% or less, sol-Al 0.02-0.04 wt.%, N 40ppm or less, a balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities; finish hot rolling at over Ar3 transformation temperature; and coiling at temperatures of less than 600°C.
