<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly measure solubility with high accuracy in a powder manufacturing apparatus which produces a material powder by melting raw materials in supercritical fluid and then rapidly reducing the pressure. SOLUTION: Branch piping 78 is installed, which branches from injection piping 66 which introduces the supercritical fluid, in which raw materials are melted, in a high-pressure cell 44 to an injection nozzle 68. The branch piping 78 introduces the fluid into a solubility analyzer 76, in which solubility is measured. As the solubility measurement is carried out by using the same fluid as that used for powder formation, high accuracy can be obtained and the solubility measurement can be carried out almost simultaneously with the powder formation.</p> |
