PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operability relative to the operation of a certification registration acceptance means. SOLUTION: In a non-opening/closing body-side communication device, a transmission signal can be transmitted from/to an opening/closing body-side communication device on condition that a certification identifier has already been registered on the certification registration acceptance means mounted on the opening/closing body-side communication device disposed on the side of an opening/closing body. The certification identifier of at least one non- opening/closing body-side communication device taken as the non-opening/closing body-side communication device corresponding to the opening/closing body-side communication device is provided with a certification operation means for conducting the operation of the certification registration acceptance means by means of a signal for certification registration, which meets a prescribed specification, among the transmission signals.
