PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for automating a peeling-off and feeding work of a film capable of automatically peeling off a film to be peeled off at a high speed without causing a scratch and a stain on the film and not causing film wrinkles at all related to an appearance defect after adhesion. SOLUTION: In the film peeling off device, a sucking plate on which a film to be peeled off is sucked is fixed, a peeling-off base having a mechanism for reversing a protection film by an appropriate angle is laterally moved to the opposite direction to the base and the peeling-off is carried out at a constant speed. Thereby, wrinkles are not caused at all on the film to be peeled off and a stable peeling off can be carried out at a high speed.
