PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high lift crane vehicle which can rationally execute crane work without increasing a height of a work machine to be suited particularly for work lifting soil from an underground excavation job site in large depth. SOLUTION: This high lift crane vehicle is provided with an arm support mechanism 5 pin-supporting the base end to an upper turn unit 3 supported onto a lower running unit 2 to be constituted by a plurality of derricking displaceable members and a telescopic arm 10 supported in almost a horizontal condition by this arm support mechanism 5, a bucket suspending frame 21 having a suspending guide sheave is additionally provided in a tip end of the telescopic arm 10, and a winch 35 winding/extending a wire rope 40, 41 for suspending a bucket 30 through a plurality of the suspending guide sheaves mounted in the bucket suspending frame 21 is additionally provided in the upper turn unit 3 or a boom 6 of the arm support mechanism 5.
