The invention relates to a hand machine tool comprising two cutting disks (11, 12), which rotate counter and immediately adjacent to one another and which can be driven by two drive spindles (14, 15) that are arranged concentric to one another. The hand machine tool also comprises a tool holding fixture (13) for the cutting disks (11, 12) that has a seating flange (18, 24), which is joined in a rotationally fixed manner to the inner and outer drive spindle and which is provided for the centered seating and the positive rotational engagement of the cutting disks (11, 12). The hand machine tool additionally has chucking means for ensuring the positive engagement between the cutting disks (11, 12) and the seating flanges (18, 24). The aim of the invention is to obtain a simple design of the tool holding fixture (13) having a high level of functional safety and a small space requirement as well as to enable the cutting disks to be changed without requiring the use of tools. To these ends, the chucking means comprise a screw part (27), which receives the second seating flange (24) and which, without the use of tools, can be screwed, on the face, into the inner drive spindle (15). In addition, the chucking means comprise a clamping part (28), which can be actuated without the use of tools, which axially presses the second seating flange (24) against the inner drive spindle (15) and which tightens the second seating flange (24) against the screw part (27).
