PURPOSE: A portable keyboard is provided to make a user conveniently carry along with a keyboard by forming a keyboard foldable in the pocket size. CONSTITUTION: The portable keyboard is constituted of first, second, third and fourth boards(1,1A,1B,1C) having many keypads(11) made of a soft material. The boards are formed separately and foldably connected with each other by hinges(2). Through holes(12) for circuit connection and access are formed on respective sides of the boards. The PCBs(Printed Circuit Boards) in respective boards are connected with each other via a flexible PCB through the through holes. The sidewalls(50) of specific heights are formed outside upper and lower cases(5,5A) to receive the boards in the folded state. When a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) is placed on a mount(7), the boards are connected and accessed with the PDA via a connector(4) having a connecting jack(4A). The connector and the connecting jack are connected with the flexible PCB.
