SOLUTION: In an emulsion region 51 having a pattern corresponding to a negative pattern of the internal electrode of a screen printing plate 46, an outside corresponding part 52 corresponding to an outside region of a profile of the internal electrode and an island-like corresponding part 53 corresponding to the island extracted part are formed, and a reinforced coupling part 54 coupled to the part 53 in a finer width than a diameter of the part 53 is further formed.
