PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene foam excellent in rigidity, heat resistance and abrasion resistance and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a polyethylene foam containing a potassium titanate fiber comprises heating and foaming an expandable resin composition consisting of a polyethylene resin of 100 pts.wt., a potassium titanate fiber of 20-120 pts.wt., a blowing agent and a crosslinking agent.
