PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a farm implement which can prevent bird damages, animal damages and the like by a means safe for human bodies and with a tool requiring minimum labors. SOLUTION: This device for producing the chemical odor for preventing the bird damages, the animal damages or the like, comprises a chemical agent container having a chemical agent-stirring mechanism therein, an odor- evaporating mechanism, and an umbrella portion disposed above the odor- evaporating mechanism. The device for producing the chemical odor for preventing the bird damages, the animal damages or the like is characterized by interlocking the chemical agent-stirring mechanism with the odor-evaporating mechanism.
