PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal actions by making a cover hardly detachable from a case main body in the state of being attached to the back surface side of a game machine and to facilitate the attaching/detaching work of the cover at the time of repair or the like by making the cover easily detachable from the case main body in the state of being detached from the back surface side of the game machine. SOLUTION: This case 1 for the circuit board of game machine is provided with the case main body 3 attached to the back surface side of the game machine housing the circuit board 2 in the state of exposing connectors 4 and the cover 6 attached to the case main body 3 so as to cover the connection part of the connectors 4 of the circuit board 2 and wiring side connectors 5 and provided with a lead-out part 33 for leading out the wiring 32 of the wiring side connectors 5 to the outside. The cover 6 is slidably and detachably attached to the case main body 3, the wall part of the cover 6 is notched along a sliding direction from a tip and the notched part is turned to the lead-out part 33.
