PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack stand on which a corrugated board box containing a commodity mounted when the commodity is replenished in an automatic vending machine for a beverage to reduce the burden on a worker. SOLUTION: This rack stand is constituted of a frame body 2, a mounting base 4 and arms 7 and 7. In this case, the frame body 2 has an approximately rectangular shape, and on the upper end 3a of which, a fastening section 3b is provided. The base end of the mounting base 4 is turnably supported by the lower section of the frame body 2. One end of the arm 7 is turnably supported by the frame body 2, and the other end of the arm 7 is connected with the free end of the mounting base 4. Then, at the time of usage, the arms 7 and 7 support the mounting base 4 at an extended location, and at the time of housing, the arms 7 and 7 hold the mounting base 4 at a kicked up location.
