PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building in which manhours for local execution for electric wiring works can be reduced. SOLUTION: In a unit building constituted of a plurality of box-shaped units 1, a feeder 3 is distributed in a channel girder opened outwards and fixed to columns of the corners of respective units 1, a plurality of branch terminals 4 are arranged in the feeder 3. The foundamental wires in respective units 1 are laid before respective units 1 are installed and connected by connecting the branch terminal 4 to the feeder in the unit in advance and the branch terminal 5 positioned in the feeder end in the branch terminal and a distribution board 2 are connected to each other by the feeder between the units.
