PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic having stability with time, slight irritation, an excellent touch and deodorant effect. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is obtained by formulating (A) 0.05-5.0 wt.% of a methacrylate chloride choline ester copolymer with (B) 10.0-50.0 wt.% of ethanol. This cosmetic is obtained by formulating the components (A) and (B) with (C) 0.001-1.0 wt.% of octoxyglycerin, especially preferably by formulating 0.2-20 wt.% of the component (A), 15-30.0 wt.% of the component (B) and 0.01-0.5 wt.% of the component (C).
