PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for modifying a rubber surface which can reduce a friction coefficient of the rubber surface, and provide a rubber wiper blade made by using it. SOLUTION: A valcanized rubber to which an activating treatment is given in advance is immersed in an isocyanate treatment solution, then the surface of the valcanized rubber is cured for surface modification.
