PURPOSE: A simultaneous ascending/descending method of an inner point on a three or more-span continuous composite structure is provided to improve work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The simultaneous ascending/descending method of an inner point on a three or more-span continuous composite structure comprises the steps of placing and connecting a manufactured main girder to an abutment and a pier, ascending the main girder from an inner point, placing floor concrete all over sections, and descending the ascended inner point.
