This invention relates to methods and systems wherein the intermediary website, linked to a plurality of member terminals, offline stores and concerted websites through a network, vicariously executes a series of procedures occuring in electronic commerce. The procedures are verifying, advertisement providing, purchasing and supplying, and settling procedures. The verifying procedure is characterized in that the intermediary website vicariously executes membership verification by issuing electronic certificates real-time at requests from the concerted websites. The advertisement providing procedure is characterized in that the intermediary website provides the advertisements corresponding to each member using member information recorded in database. The purchasing and supplying and settling procedures are characterized in that through the intermediary website's intermediation concerted websites can utilize offline sotres' supplying capacity in case they do not have certain ordered items in its inventory, and all the parties concerned are guaranteed of being paid for their services. |
