PURPOSE: A device for processing a sub-picture of a TV is provided to overlay PIP(Picture In Picture) video signals with video signals of a main picture, so as to simultaneously view the video signals of the main picture and the PIP video signals. CONSTITUTION: A first video processing unit(10) process analog R/G/B(Red/Green/Blue) video signals transmitted from a PC(Personal Computer) to digital R/G/B video signals. A second video processing unit(20) converts received composite analog R/G/B video signals into digital R/G/B video signals, and adjusts an output amount of the converted R/G/B video signals according to a predetermined control signal. A switching unit(30) selectively mixes outputs of the first video processing unit(10) and the second video processing unit(20) according to an amount of video signals output from the second video processing unit(20). And a controller(40) outputs the control signal to the second video processing unit(20), to control a mixing amount to appropriately compound the video signals output from the second video processing unit(20) with the video signals output from the first video processing unit(10).
