PURPOSE: A creel conveying and loading device is provided to easily manage a creel and to reduce the working time by loading the creel in a working position of a stand through a tilting member. CONSTITUTION: A loader(3) is provided to take out a creel(2) stored in a creel box(1). The creel(2) is loaded on a stand(4). The loader(3) includes a chucking member(7) provided with a magnetic plate(6) which is rotated about a rotating shaft(5). A tilting member(8) is connected to the chucking member(7). The tilting member(8) includes a tilting cylinder(9), a tilting cylinder(9) hinged to the tilting cylinder(9), and a push rod. The stand(4) is corresponding to the push rod of the tilting member(8). The creel(2) stored in the creel box(1) is located in the working position. The chucking member(7) of the loader(3) grips and lifts an upper surface of the creel by using the magnetic plate(6). Then, the chucking member(7) rotates about the rotating shaft(5) so as to place the creel(2) on the tilting plate(6) of the tilting member(8).
