PURPOSE:To control a work speed, finishing accuracy, without changing a polishing liquid, and to obtain an extremely highly accurate distortionless smooth face, by using an electric viscous fluid whose apparent viscocity is reversibly changed according to the impression/release of an electric field as a polishing liquid. CONSTITUTION:An electric viscous fluid whose apparent viscosity is reversibly changed by the impression/release of an electric field is used as a polishing liquid. The control of the work speed, finishing accuracy becomes possible without changing the polishing liquid, by changing this impressed electric field and controlling the viscosity of the polishing liquid. |
