PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify the position of a mobile phone terminal that is lost or stolen and leave the history of the positional information through communications with a mobile phone company or a user without making an external notice of transmission/reception state. SOLUTION: A phone makes a call to a terminal 2 (#2) and transmits a prescribed password to the terminal 2 (#8) to set the terminal 2 to a missing mode (#10). When the missing mode is set (YES in #14) in an incoming call waiting state thereafter, the call is automatically received without generating a ringer tone at the arrival of the incoming call (#15), the current position of the terminal 2 or a criminal is specified from the incoming call history, and the history of the positional information is left (#17).
