PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent fluorescent lamp cover not tinted in yellow even cutting 380-410 nm, with a light resistant property of which, the life is longer than that of the fluorescent lamp. SOLUTION: A light of 410 nm or less is made to cut by 90% or more by making a transparent resin contain a fluorescent whitening agent. The fluorescent whitening agent is expressed by the formula (1), where; R1 and R4 represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an alkoxyl group, R2 and R3 represent an alkyl group, and (A) represents a substituent of aryl group or an ethenyl group.
