<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an answer for appointed date of delivery for a production plan made by taking the constraint of a factory into account and demand thoroughly, minimize stock, and increase the accuracy for guaranteeing the appointed date of delivery for a customer. SOLUTION: A demand information processing means 4 gives priority to inputted demand information from customers 1, 2, 3 to send it to a supply and demand plan making means 7, and production capacity and stock situation are sent to the supply and demand plan making means 7 through a restriction information processing means 6 from each factory 5. The supply and demand plan making means 7 sends established production plan based on demand to each factory 5 by SCM and answers the appointed date of delivery of goods of demand information for sales footholds (customers) 1, 2, 3 through an appointed date of delivery answer processing means 8. Since the demand information and production information are taken in a batch and are stringed, respectively, the answer for the appointed date of delivery can be early given, and stock can be reduced.</p> |
