PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power device arrangement which is feedback-controlled, and has been improved. SOLUTION: A reference voltage to be used for comparison with a detected value in feedback control is generated in a reference voltage generating circuit formed in a power device. By this arrangement, it becomes possible to cause a detected value and a reference value to correspond accurately in an adjustment stage to be performed in a high-voltage power source unit, and accurate feedback control becomes practicable. The arrangement of inputting the reference voltage value generated by the reference voltage generating circuit into an analog-to-digital converter and generating a digital value, especially in control arrangement by a duty value change of a PWM signal, is adopted. The digital value obtained in the adjustment stage comes to be a value generated under accurate correspondence between the detected value and the reference value, and accurate feedback control becomes practicable in real feedback control. |
