PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control to keep a high voltage almost constant to apply to the anode of a cathode ray tube(CRT). SOLUTION: In this high voltage correction circuit, a high voltage EHT generated at one end of a secondary coil 3b of a flyback transformer 3 is applied through a diode D3 to the anode of a cathode ray tube(CRT), a correction voltage Eou generated at the other end of the secondary coil 3b of the flyback transformer 3 is applied to the ABL terminal of an automatic luminance control circuit, and the correction voltage Eou is fed back so that the voltage EHT can be controlled almost constant. In this high voltage correction circuit, a correction voltage feedback/clamp circuit for feeding back/clamping the correction voltage according to a signal obtained by delaying a vertical synchronizing signal in a video signal in a short time is connected between one edge side and the other end of the secondary coil 3b of the flyback transformer 3.
