SOLUTION: When a terminal 2A requests a security diagnosis in a step S9, a Web server 1 starts a security diagnosis tool in a step S11. The diagnosis tool performs a security diagnosis of a diagnosis object network in a step S13, and the Web server 11 notifies the terminal 2A of diagnosis results in a step S17 because diagnosis results information is returned to the Web server 1 in a step S15.
