PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a fan unit, in which noise is reduced by preventing the vibration of the fan unit from being easily transmitted to a case. SOLUTION: Gel-like shock-absorbing materials 19 are pasted on both sides of each screw hole 82 of a motor fan unit 8 and are pinched by a fan case 9a. Since the materials are not being supported in the lateral direction, vibration in the lateral direction due to the shift of a rotary shaft or the like can be absorbed by the deformation of the materials 19 in shearing direction, thereby preventing the vibration from being transmitted in the case 9a, as much as possible.
