Delivery of monomers and/or oligomers into a dispensing canister involves: (1) having components flowing along a mixing zone (13) and mixing under pressure to maintain their fluid phase; and (2) feeding the mixture under pressure through a pump (26) into a compressible bag inside the canister (12). An Independent claim is also made for a canister for delivering a mixture of two or more monomers and/or oligomers which produce a polymerizable plastic foam on release from the canister.
