Disclosed are high-efficiency bilge keels. According to the present invention, the high-efficiency bilge keels having various sectional shapes are attached to a ship, a marine structure, a FPSO, or the likes whose speed is relatively low, so as to drastically dampen a rolling of the ship. The bilge keels installed in a bottom of the ship to dampen the rolling of the ship are outwardly projected beyond each extension line of a width and bottom of the ship and have particular sectional shapes at the ends thereof, so as to increase a dampening coefficient against the rolling.
