MOIL CUT SYSTEM FOR CRT FUNNEL

PURPOSE: A moil cut system for CRT funnel is provided to automate a series of moil cutting procedures, while reducing installation space and cost and allowing moils of different sizes to be easily cut. CONSTITUTION: A moil cut system comprises a conveying unit(20) for feeding and discharging a funnel(10) having a moil(13); a first elevating unit(30) installed underneath the conveying unit, and which elevates the funnel between the stand-by position of the conveying unit and the cut position of the funnel; a heating unit(40) installed the conveying unit, and which heats the inner surface of the moil by the elevating and rotating motion at the cut position of the funnel; a second elevating unit(50) for elevating the heating unit between the cut position of the funnel and the stand-by position of the heating unit; and a cut unit(130) having a cutter(144) contacting the outer surface of the moil at the cut position of the funnel and cutting the moil.
