A method of anticipating biological functions and/or diseases in which an arbitrary target protein participates by applying a probe means constructed on the basis of the data of the target protein to a biological material or an animal and thus analyzing the effects thereof on the behaviors of one or mor e molecules under observation having known and/or unknown biological functions . For example, by analyzing a direct or indirect relation of the target protei n to a molecule involved in known biological molecule network data, the biological functions and/or diseases in which the target protein participate s can be anticipated.
