SOLUTION: This revolving working machine comprises a swivel base 7 supported on a travel device 2 in such a manner as to be rotatable about a vertical pivot. A working machine accessory is arranged within the swivel base 7, and a step 61 is provided so as to cover the upper part of the working machine accessory. The step 61 is positioned by a positioning pin 65 freely inserted from the above, and a mat 69 is arranged on the step 61 so as to prevent the dropping out of the positioning pin 65.
