PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and easily prevent the UV rays included in the sunlight falling onto the flanks of the human face. SOLUTION: The flanks of the face are covered by the 'sun shade' made of material having low transmittance to prohibit passage of UV rays to prevent the UV rays falling onto the flanks of the face. Spectacles (including sunglasses and the frame alone) of the conventional type are combined with the 'sun shade' in order to mount the 'sun shade' at the flanks of the face, by which one appliance is formed.
