PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a blind device for protecting privacy, maintaining ventilating properties, air permeability and daylighting properties in response to the size of a door frame in the case of the use of a wire screen. SOLUTION: A plate body 1 for a blind installed between left-right both stiles on the indoor side of the door frame and used for making seeing-through impossible from the outdoor side is formed of a bellows-shaped turn-in plate surface section 2 in which the first inclined plane sections 22 and the second inclined plane sections 23 are continuously formed alternately respectively by alternately turning in a plurality of stages of turn-in sections 21, in which plate pieces are arranged in parallel, in the opposite direction. Opening sections P with hoods for ventilation, air permeability and daylight are formed by shaping hood sections 15 by cutting and erecting the insides of either surfaces of the first inclined plane sections 22 or the second inclined plane sections 23 so as to run parallel with turn-in plate surface section 2 itself from bent edges formed to the turn-in sections 21. The rears and faces and upper sections and lower sections of the left-right turn-in plate surface sections 2 are reversed and joined and arranged so as to be able to be mutually slid in the lateral direction. H-type band frame-shaped holding frame sections 3 with stile-side holding arm sections 31 and turn-in plate surface section side holding arm sections 31 for mounting the turn-in plate surface sections 2 between the left-right both stiles on the indoor side of the door frame are secured.
