PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified raised-joint wall and its construction method capable of easily and inexpensively constructing the raised-joint wall in a short construction period. SOLUTION: In the method for constructing the simplified raised-joint wall 1 using previously manufactured joint clay members 11, a wall substrate 2 is formed, and a frame body 3 is arranged on the surface of the wall substrate 2. A large number of tile members 8 are mounted onto the frame body 3. The joint clay members 11 are fixed to the frame body 3 in such a way as to cover the opposing side edge parts 14 of the adjacent tile members 8.
