PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shuttering for placing lining concrete, which eliminates labor required when a gap formed between the shuttering and invert concrete, at the time of placing the lining concrete, and can simplify surface finishing of the lining concrete. SOLUTION: The shuttering 1 is for use in placing the lining concrete after placement of the invert concrete 5. The shuttering is comprised of an arcuate shuttering main body 10 and blocking means 20. The main body 10 is arranged in a tunnel 2 along an internal wall surface 2A thereof, and forms a space 7 between the main body and the internal wall surface 2A of the tunnel 2, in which the lining concrete is placed. The blocking means 20 downward extend from both lower ends of the shuttering main body 10, and they are attached to the shuttering main body 10 such that their extension lengths are adjustable. Further, the blocking means 20 can block the gap S formed between the shuttering main body 10 and the invert concrete 5.
