<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent image defect by providing a recording method and a recorder in which gas generated at a recording station does not stand at a recorded area between a toner layer and an image receiving layer. SOLUTION: The toner layer in a transfer sheet 240 of a heat mode sensitive material and the image receiving layer in an image receiving sheet 140 are laid in layer and secured to a recording medium fixing member 310 which is then moved in the main scanning direction, and the transfer sheet 240 is exposed with a plurality of laser light spots arranged linearly while moving in the sub-scanning direction orthogonal to the main scanning direction, thus recording a desired image on the image receiving sheet 140. In this regard, the transfer sheet 240 is exposed with laser light spots of convex arrangement where the central spots in the sub-scanning direction are located on the downstream side in the main scanning direction. The ratio (a:b) between the distance (a) in the sub-scanning direction and the distance (b) in the main scanning direction of the convex arrangement is preferably in the range of (a:b)=(1:3)-(3:1).</p> |
