PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment for an on-board carrier whereby not only a normal sized surfboard but also a large sized surfboard, which is not so strong despite its appearance, can be loaded on the car easily, quickly, and safely. SOLUTION: Two feet 3 not fixed having a size good greater than a carrier bar are installed and a board fixing plate 1 with possibility of length adjustment is connected, and two wires 6 are threaded through the fixing plate 1 and fastened to ratchets 4 provided on two sides, and the board is fixed with the plate 1 by winding up the wires 6, and at the same time, the part with feet 3 is pulled up, fixed, and put in service.
