<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample holder wherein the number of samples capable of being housed is flexible, the difference in the size of each sample is absorbed, the sample can be housed by aligning its measuring face and the housing operation of the sample can be performed easily. SOLUTION: The sample holder 1 is provided with a body part 2 which comprises a recessed part 4 used to house the samples 10 and a transparent plate 3 which is attached to the body part 2 so as to block up the recessed part 4. The samples 10 are housed inside the recessed part 4, the samples 10 are pressed to the inner face of the transparent plate 3, and a cushion material 5 used to press the samples 10 to the transparent plate is filled into the inside of the recessed part 4.</p> |
