PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high sensitivity characteristics in the wavelength region from 380 to 600 nm and excellent durability which does not fatigue or deteriorate by light and to provide an image forming device which uses the above photoreceptor and laser light in the wavelength range from 380 to 600 nm as the exposure light source, which has high sensitivity and high resolution and which can give stable picture quality. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor with which a laser having the oscillation wavelength from 380 to 600 nm is used as the exposure light source, the photosensitive layer 4 on a conductive supporting body 1 contains a specified sulfur-containing amine compound as the charge transfer substance 3. The electrophotographic photoreceptor is mounted on an image forming device which uses a laser having the oscillation wavelength from 380 to 600 nm as the exposure light source.
