PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a theft preventing means for a vehicle such as a privately- owned car, a bus, a truck, or a construction machine. SOLUTION: A controlling center permits door opening and engine starting for the vehicle such as the privately-owned car, the bus, the truck or the construction machine with the usage of an internet corresponding type portable telephone or a portable information terminal in order to prevent theft. Further, a sensor information or the like for specifying a driver is analyzed to permit engine starting. Thus, the theft preventing can be achieved furthermore. |
