PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement continuously supplying system capable of stably supplying a cement and accurately controlling a supplying speed and a supplying amount. SOLUTION: Agitating blades 4 are provided near an exhaust port 2a in a surge tank 2. The tank 2 receives the cement from a cement silo, quarries the cement by a screw feeder 3 from the port 2a while agitating the cement by the blades 4, conveys the cement on a conveyor, and conveys the cement to a concrete plant via the conveyor. The cement is agitated by the blades 4 so that air is not liable to be suddenly mixed with the cement when the cement is quarried from the tank 2, and unevenness of the degree of compression is eliminated. Accordingly, the supplying speed and the supplying amount of the feeder 3 can be accurately controlled by controlling the speed and the rotating amount of the feeder 3.
