PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for notifying disease sideration, predicting the danger of sideration of a circulatory disease, making a user aware of the danger of disease sideration and urging the user to take appropriate action and suitable medical examination so as to be able to lead a healthy social life. SOLUTION: Vital data measured by a data measuring part 2 put on the user is transmitted to a health care service center 4 from a data communication part 3. The health care service center 4 analyzes the transmitted vital data to compute score data and notifies the user's data measuring part 2 of a disease prediction level determined by comparing the computed score data with the user's score data for determination accumulated in a scoring table for determination previously stored in a vital database 5.
