PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baking mold for producing bread, capable of improving the palatability of the bread, and a method for producing the bread by using the baking mold for producing the bread. SOLUTION: This baking mold 1 for producing bread is made of a stone material and bread dough is baked in the baking mold 1 made of the stone material, and thus the palatability of the bread is improved, since it is possible to heat the bread dough as totally uniform as compared with the case of using a baking mold made of a stainless steel.
